The modern trends in packaging and the laws of marketing, nowadays, require a great flexibility even in packaging of such basic products as milk and its varieties. It is expected the packaging to be ergonomic, good-looking, comfortable, recyclable, etc. The popular PET bottle has plenty of advantages, which make it preferable for packaging of milk products. On the other hand the glass is trying to take up a position for this delicate product and becomes a criterion for “good milk”, preserving the taste of fresh milk and allowing recycling. HDPE containers are also recyclable and they are used very often, especially for specific cases with adding barrier layers.
Description
Flowmetric Milk Filling Systems:
FFS – Flowmetric dosing systems, using the flowmetric technology for volume measurement during filling by precise electronic flowmeters. Preferable for dosing of milk and homogenous milk products.
Weight milk filling systems:
WFS – Weight dosing systems, using high class weight sensors for measuring product weight. Special patented dosing valves guarantee precision even with non-homogenous products such as yoghurts with fruit particles, stracciatella, muesli, etc. and also if frequent replacement of homogenous and non-homogenous products is required.
